GTS keeps equipment mission-capable and information systems running at full capacity through integrated operations and maintenance and IT support, covering facilities sustainment, light and heavy equipment repair, systems administration, database management, and help desk operations across installations and deployed environments.

Equipment readiness and information system availability are mission-enabling requirements, not background functions. When vehicles are down, systems are offline, or help desk queues back up, operational tempo suffers. GTS delivers integrated Operations and Maintenance and Information Technology support that keeps equipment mission-capable and information systems running at full capacity across installations and deployed environments.

Our O&M technicians perform routine and scheduled maintenance, diagnose and repair equipment failures, manage facilities sustainment, and coordinate with installation public works and base operations to resolve infrastructure issues. GTS mechanics hold the certifications and hands-on experience required for light and heavy equipment maintenance across construction, automotive, and specialized military equipment categories.

On the IT side, GTS provides systems administration, network engineering, database administration, and NMCI liaison support. Our IT personnel hold DoD 8570 IAT Level II certifications and Secret clearances where required, enabling access to classified networks and sensitive information systems. We manage user accounts, VTC systems, hardware and software inventories, help desk operations, and website administration, providing a single accountable contractor workforce for the full IT service catalog.
