Seaport Next Generation (NxG)

The SeaPort Next Generation (NxG) portal is the Navy Virtual SYSCOM Commanders integrated approach to contracting for Professional Support Services (PSS). Participating commands include NAVAIR, NAVFAC, NAVSEA, NAVSUP, NAVWAR, and ONR, as well as Military Sealift Command (MSC) and the United States Marine Corps (USMC). SeaPort NxG provides an efficient and effective means of contracting for professional support services and enhancing small business participation through a Rolling Admissions process.

Gemini Tech Services, LLC, with its diverse team of subcontractors, is qualified in all seven geographical zones. Under this contract, GTS provides services that span the entire spectrum of mission areas and technical capabilities supported by Department of the Navy ordering activities.

GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS)

The GSA Multiple Award Schedule is the premier governmentwide acquisition contract, giving federal agencies direct access to thousands of commercial products and services at pre-negotiated, fair, and reasonable prices. GTS holds a GSA MAS contract enabling civilian and defense agencies to place task orders for professional and technical labor services without conducting separate competitive acquisitions.

Ordering agencies benefit from simplified acquisition procedures, pre-competed pricing, and streamlined contracting. The MAS program eliminates duplicative procurement efforts across the federal government and gives agencies immediate access to GTS capabilities under established contract terms.

OASIS+ (One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services Plus)

OASIS+ is GSA’s governmentwide Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) vehicle for complex professional services. GTS holds OASIS+ awards under the Small Business pool and the Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB) pool, providing federal agencies with set-aside task order opportunities across a broad range of professional services domains.

The Small Business and WOSB pools allow agencies to simultaneously meet set-aside objectives and access GTS’s demonstrated professional service delivery capabilities across CONUS and OCONUS locations. GTS is eligible to compete across multiple functional areas under both pool designations.

MDA SHIELD is a Missile Defense Agency contract vehicle providing professional support services to MDA programs and mission areas. The vehicle supports the agency’s enterprise technology, program management, and administrative requirements across its primary installations and program offices.

GTS supports MDA SHIELD requirements through its professional and technical labor delivery capabilities, providing the agency with qualified personnel across program management, administrative support, and technical services disciplines. GTS brings cleared personnel with direct experience supporting defense agency mission requirements at MDA facilities.

NAVSUP Worldwide Expeditionary Multiple Award Contracts (WEXMAC)

The NAVSUP Worldwide Expeditionary Multiple Award Contracts (WEXMAC 2.0 and WEXMAC 2.1 TITUS) are IDIQ contract vehicles developed by the Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP). They provide expeditionary support services to the U.S. Department of Defense and federal agencies globally, supporting humanitarian assistance, disaster relief, contingency operations, exercises, and theater ashore support. GTS holds awards across all active regions of the WEXMAC contract family.

Army HR Solutions: Recruiting, Management and Administrative Support (R-MAS)

The HR Solutions R-MAS IDIQ is a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) awarded by Army Contracting Command, New Jersey (ACC-NJ) on behalf of the Program Executive Office Enterprise Information Systems (PEO EIS) HR Solutions Program Office. GTS holds a prime award on this vehicle as one of 12 small business primes selected to deliver human resource programs and systems support across the Department of Defense.

Scope of Services

R-MAS sits alongside the Personnel Lifecycle Support (PLS) vehicle ($6.1B ceiling) as the 5th generation HR Solutions contract family. Together, R-MAS and PLS total $7.6 billion in combined contract authority and provide the full HR lifecycle support framework for Army and DoD. R-MAS carries Army Preferred Strategic Source designation, directing Army and DoD customers to this vehicle for covered HR requirements.
