Training Services

GTS supports the full training lifecycle from new equipment fielding and certified classroom instruction to live range support, simulator operations and maintenance, and student administrative services that sustain training throughput at joint and multi-service installations.

Effective military training requires more than subject matter expertise. It demands logistics, systems knowledge, range management, and the institutional familiarity to navigate the training support infrastructure at each installation. GTS delivers the full spectrum of training support: from certified classroom instructors and simulator operators to new equipment fielding specialists and live-fire range support personnel.

Our New Equipment Fielding, Testing, and Training capability enables GTS to stand up new systems training programs from initial fielding documentation through certified instructor qualification. We support TADSS maintenance and operations, ensuring that simulation systems remain serviceable and available for the training calendar. Our field exercise support teams deploy alongside units to provide 24-hour technical assistance and equipment management during live training events.

Student support services complete the training ecosystem. GTS provides liaison functions between training commands and personnel systems, manages student throughput and records, and coordinates the medical and administrative support requirements that enable trainees to complete coursework without administrative disruption. This full-cycle capability is particularly valuable at joint and multi-service training installations where student population complexity exceeds organic administrative capacity.
